RS Global Ltd is an authorized and regulated entity in Belize, and part of Rostro Group which offers institutional and retail trading services to businesses and traders worldwide. We are seeking to recruit, on behalf of RS Global Ltd, a Systematic Trader based in Sydney to join its team.


The Role:

The Systematic Trader oversees real-time market exposure, executes trades across various financial products, and ensures trading platforms run smoothly. The role involves detecting suspicious client activity, managing trade discrepancies, and keeping counterparties well-funded. Additionally, the trader supports institutional clients, contributes to systematic trading projects, and prepares regular reports.


How You Can Make a Difference:

  • Monitoring company exposure according to predefined conditions set in the MRCR policy and initiate necessary trades with LPs to manage risk.
  • Executing complex and large-scale trades across multiple financial products using multiple LP’s, ensuring that orders are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the smooth and correct operation of trading platforms.
  • Ensuring counterparties are always well funded and monitor utilization and exposures.
  • Overseeing real time monitoring of clients’ trades looking out for toxic/predatory client activity.
  • Monitoring for trade breaks and reconciling errors throughout the whole day.
  • Assisting company’s institutional clients, investigate clients’ requests regarding missed orders, client disputes, futures roll etc.
  • Participating in new projects related to systematic trading.
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly MI reports.
  • Working on morning shifts.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex industry.
  • University degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Meta 4/5 platform knowledge.
  • Experience with products like FX, Futures, Commodities, Equities (stocks, indices).
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; Python programming is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets.

Remuneration:
