We’re looking for an ambassador for L’Occitane who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team
As a Retail Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional customer experience.
You will support the Boutique Manager to lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, objectives and KPI’s.

- Permanent, full/part time position*
- Competitive base salary + super + bonus scheme
- Up to 5 additional leave days per year
As a Retail Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional customer experience.
You will support the Boutique Manager to lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, objectives and KPI’s.
What You Will Bring
- 3 years retail experience – 1 year minimum at management level.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
- Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.

- This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hour a week, where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight.
