About the Role

Your responsibilities include supporting Residence Managers in ensuring systems and processes are maintained. Ensuring accurate auditing and reporting to Managers. Acting as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance which will make you an integral part of the Quality team.
Your primary functions will be:
- Support role to residence managers in ensuring systems and processes are maintained.
- Accurate auditing and reporting to Residence Managers, Regional Operational Managers, State Operation Managers the General Manager Clinical Governance and Client Safety is conducted in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the quality improvement processes at Arcare.
- Assist residence managers and other in preparation for accreditation visits by the Quality Agency.
- Provide education to staff as appropriate regarding the accreditation standards and other quality issues.
- Act as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance.
Skills & Experience
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guideline and Regulations.
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
