The Opportunity

Join our close-knit HR team in Pyrmont on a 6-month fixed term contract, working 2-3 days per week. This is an ideal role for someone starting their HR career, returning to the workforce, or seeking flexible part-time arrangements. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team while gaining valuable experience in HR operations and processes.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Managing HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintaining HR systems and records
  • Contributing to HR projects to improve what we do for our customers

What you'll need to be successful

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Experience with business systems and processes
  • HR experience beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Professional approach with high attention to detail
