What You’ll Do
- Launch and Lead: Oversee the successful rollout of Firehouse Subs across Australia, ensuring every location meets brand and operational standards, partnering with the Franchisor RBI (Restaurant Brands International)
- Shape the Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for operations, sales, and guest experiences.
- Build Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth and performance.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, HR, supply chain, and more to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.
- Drive Performance: Own key metrics like labour cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion the Guest Experience: Ensure every visit delivers on our brand promise.
- Stay Hands-On: From grand openings to daily operations, you’ll be at the forefront of building something big.
- 10+ years in multi-site QSR or hospitality leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling operations and launching in new markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational discipline.
- Inspirational leadership style with a passion for developing people.
- A love for fast-paced, high-growth environments and working through ambiguity.
- Deep understanding of compliance, WHS, and food safety standards.
- A collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills.
- Startup-Savvy: Comfortable in uncharted territory, thrives on pace and change
