About The Role
As the Senior Project Manager – Firehouse Subs, you'll take the reins on the end-to-end execution of the brand’s market entry and rapid expansion. This role is about more than just timelines and deliverables—it's about uniting departments, influencing outcomes, and making big things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You'll work directly with the COO and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment across global teams while managing cross-functional efforts locally. It’s a big role, with even bigger impact.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the Launch: Oversee the planning and execution of Firehouse Subs' Australian rollout.
- Drive the Plan: Build detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks.
- Hold Teams Accountable: Align internal departments and external partners to deliver on key milestones.
- Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, ops, finance, supply chain, IT, design, and more.
- Manage Risk: Anticipate challenges, implement mitigation strategies, and lead with agility.
- Report to Leadership: Chair steering committees, provide clear status updates, and drive decision-making.
- Track Success: Measure performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategy as needed.
- 5–8+ years of senior-level project management experience, ideally in QSR, retail, or hospitality
- Proven success in launching new brands, large-scale rollouts, or market expansions
- Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with cross-functional teams and vendor/partner management
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong commercial acumen and budget management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
