About the Role:

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Office Support Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment. As the face of Asuria, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys networking across teams and excels in managing competing priorities.

This is a dynamic 6 mth fixed-term position, with potential to extend depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day office operations, including facilities management
  • General administration and diary management
  • Delivery of support services to both staff and visitors

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

About You:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced office professional with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
