In this role, you'll be the guardian of our "last mile" delivery experience, ensuring that the excitement customers feel when purchasing from Freedom extends all the way through to receiving their items. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Working within a structured KPI framework to monitor and improve delivery performance metrics including DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), order turnaround times, and rejection rates
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly health checks of our fulfilment software systems to ensure smooth operations
- Analysing fulfilment trends for both Freedom and third-party products to identify improvement opportunities
- Working closely with the Customer Care team to resolve delivery issues promptly and within SLAs
- Contributing to the operations and fulfilment optimisation strategy alongside the Digital Fulfilment & Operations Lead
The ideal candidate for this role combines analytical thinking with a passion for customer experience. You'll thrive if you:
- Have a detail-oriented approach with the ability to work methodically while seeing the bigger picture
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges
- Can translate data and reports into actionable insights and recommendations
- Have excellent communication skills across various mediums including email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Demonstrate financial awareness, particularly regarding cost management and efficiency
- Are proactive about identifying process improvements and technology gaps
- Bring experience from retail or e-commerce environments is highly desirable
