- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and facilitate workshops to gather requirements for BI solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring BI solutions align with business objectives and strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
- Build data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization
- Work with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and governance
- Lead Power BI training sessions and develop materials to enhance data literacy across the organization
- Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing BI solutions
We're looking for a skilled data storyteller with technical expertise and exceptional people skills. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics with expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization)
- Strong SQL and ETL development skills, with knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and Fabric
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience delivering Power BI training and creating user enablement initiatives
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and analytics best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
