About The Role
We are currently looking for qualified Support workers in the following areas: Macksville, Urunga, Nambucca, Bonville, Scotts Head, Stuarts Point, Glenreagh and Nana Glen.

You Will Support Our Clients In a Range Of Services To Ensure They Can Continue To Live The Life They Choose In Their Local Community, Including
- Shopping and transport to medical appointments
- Social support and community engagement
- Assisting with personal care
- Medication assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housework
About You
If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Mandatory).
- Be willing to travel between clients and have your own reliable & insured vehicle and drivers’ licence.
- Flexible availability over the weekend and nights.
- Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- CPR & First Aid Certificates
- Monthly staff meetings for support & training
- Guaranteed minimum hours per week
- Paid travel time and KM between clients
- Ongoing training and support from a full clinical team and inhouse trainer
- Support from the professional development office
