Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced proposals professional to join our high performing pre-contracts team based in our Brisbane Office. You will support the wider bid team to develop win themes by creating and editing content which communicates BMD Urban’s proven capability. Dedicated to meeting deadlines, you will apply your skills to support the team to:

• Produce high quality, fully compliant and professional expression of interest and tender documentation
• Work to a high standard, ensuring all content puts BMD’s strongest response forward
• Develop frameworks and schedules for use by the bid team, and communicate and coordinate actions to lodgement timeframes
• Work collaboratively with others at all levels across our diverse workforce
• Act as a knowledge expert, keeping relevant information up to date
  

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role across the civil construction or related industry.
  

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• A tertiary qualification in public relations, communications or similar.
