What we need from you?

• Hands experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM (CE).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML.
• Baseline Clearance Preferred, or the ability to obtain one

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead the design, development, and customization of our Dynamics 365 platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and support business growth through tailored CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM, including plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom entities.
• Customize and extend CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems using Power Platform, cloud services, and APIs.
• Create and manage Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and dashboards for improved process automation and insights.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation processes.
• Ensure CRM performance, security, and data integrity across environments.
• Collaborate with functional leads, project managers, and end users to define technical solutions.

Additional Requirements

• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, REST/SOAP services.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps tools
• Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service).
