You will

  • Represent the Luxury Club Med range with our clients and the teams
  • Apply the company strategy in our Exclusive Collection areas
  • Implement the offer of our services in the hotel and leisure Areas
  • Implement good relations with our clients and reinforce the culture and Club Med spirit which is unique
  • Guarantee the application of Club Med standards of quality, and apply hygiene and safety rules, including the maintenance of our heritage in relation with our hotel and leisure services of which you are in chargeDrive the economic results of the hotel and leisure services of which you are in charge
  • Be responsible of the follow-up, the control and the application of the legal local standards for the field that concerns you
  • Contribute, with the Chef de village, to the preservation of good relationship with the local authorities
  • Identify the needs of your co-workers to evolve in their competences and accompany them in their training
