The Opportunity

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for making a difference? LifeFul is looking for dynamic Tele Sales professionals who thrive on connecting with people, uncovering needs, and driving outcomes. As part of our growth, we’re offering a commission-based Tele Sales role that allows you to work remotely with uncapped earning potential – all while helping people live life on their terms.

Your day will involve reaching out to Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, Hospitals and Social Workers as well as other NDIS Providers to advise them of the services Lifeful offers with the goal being to obtain referrals for NDIS Participants seeking quality supports.

You're confident on the phone, motivated by results, and understand the importance of genuinely helping others. You might have experience in customer service, telemarketing, recruitment, or NDIS-related roles – but most importantly, you know how to have a conversation that builds trust and leads to action.

The Role

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Contact cold and warm leads, introducing LifeFul's services and qualifying potential clients.
  • Sales Conversations: Understand the needs of NDIS participants or their support networks and present LifeFul’s offerings confidently and clearly.
  • Conversion & Follow-up: Secure signed service agreements and track conversion rates, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and progress in HubSpot (or internal CRM).
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Intake, and Program teams to ensure a smooth handover and consistent client experience.

What We OFFER

  • Commission-only structure with OTE $120K–$200K+.
  • Remote work with full flexibility of schedule.

Prerequisites

  • Outstanding phone communication and active listening skills.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or NDIS experience.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable internet and workspace for remote calling.
  • Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain).
  • Willingness to obtain any other checks that may be necessary to perform your duties.
