We are a community-based organisation and we currently provide mobile services in the Eurobodalla region. We provide services to: clients on the home care package, participants under the NDIS as well as private clients. We offer flexible work hours to fit in with your life schedule as well as excellent contract rates. We are open to full-time, part-time, casual, or contract-based work arrangements.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide evidence-based exercise interventions in a mobile and community-based setting. You will work autonomously while being part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Provide therapeutic exercises, and education to enhance mobility, function, and overall well-being.
Deliver holistic, person-centered care in collaboration with other allied health professionals and support networks.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
