Concierge Administrator
Job Description Summary
The Concierge Administrator is responsible for the daily coordination of office operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the facilities and ensure they are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with both client and C&W policies
- Assist to supervise all maintenance programs and external providers/vendors relating to the facility.
- Respond positively and promptly requests from tenants and occupants.
- Assist AFM with inputs to budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders related to the facilities.
- Assist in identifying facility improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Experience in Integrated Facilities
- Experience in operation and corporate office management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
