The purpose of the role is to develop and manage strong strategic relationships with external distributors to deliver sales targets and build growth opportunities for our products in China and Asia Pacific.
This role reports to a General Manger Export & Market Development and will be expected to comply to our flexible work arrangement of working 3 days in office (Surry Hills) and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead strong long-term relationships with distribution partners to deliver sales targets, identifying pragmatic solutions for their roadblocks in a timely and effective manner and pre-empting any potential problems for them with innovative solutions
- Manage account relationship in the B2B Export channel & Duty-Free Customer & achieve sales target monthly
- Good understanding of China Social Commerce & Social media platforms to drive online sales in B2B Channel.
- Strong Demand Forecast Planning Capabilities including data analytics to achieve high forecast accuracy in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
- Analyse performance metrics to identify key trends, performance with sales, forecast and growth opportunities
- Identify new businesses for Blackmores Group
- Prepare and provide weekly sales & monitoring trackers, monthly channel reviews, quarterly business reviews and annual Joint Business Plan
Who are you?
- An undergraduate with a degree in Commerce/Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Marketing or Data Analytics
- Possess at least 5 years or more of account management or export sales specialist in the business-to-business market.
- Strong understanding of the China marketing that include CBEC, social media and social commerce channels and key digital and consumer trends.
- Strong analytical experience and in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to build strong client relationships and foster collaboration internally.
- Possess relevant working rights for long-term work and a valid driving license in Australia and fluency in Mandarin (verbal and written)
