About the Role:

We are seeking a Program Change Manager for a Permanent opportunity based at THQ Blackburn, VIC.



Purpose of the Role:

For assigned change initiatives, develop and lead the Change Management strategy and approach to ensure the successful adoption of the initiative outcomes. Initiatives can include TSA strategic initiatives, enterprise projects and other defined projects.


This role will work very closely with project managers and executive/business sponsors to ensure our organisational approach to change is dynamic, efficient, all-inclusive and most importantly, sustainable.



Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and Implement the initiative Change Management Strategy to successfully implement transformational change.
  • Implement communications related processes to support and drive change management initiatives linked to strategic TSA projects
  • Ensure change management plan dependencies such as stakeholder engagement, TSA future state impacts, change readiness and change sustainability are understood at an organisational level and managed accordingly
  • Support and promote change management strategies based on analysis and understanding of change impacts at an operational level to ensure awareness and engagement of staff at all levels
  • Identify, manage, and escalate change management related risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies



Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Previous 2+ years experience at Program level Change
  • Previous not for profit experience
  • Desirable: Bachelors level degree in Commerce, Business, HR, psychology or related discipline
  • Desirable: Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification or equivalent, PMBOK / Prince 2 Project Management Certification
  • Considerable project management change and communication experience in supporting the delivery of cross-functional projects, driving change and setting direction
  • Managed a range of change management projects across the full project life-cycle, managing stakeholder engagement to ensure desired change is both effectively implemented and sustained



Requirements for the role:

  • A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check is required
