The Opportunity

Come and join our existing, friendly payroll team where your extensive knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to our employees is highly valued! This is no ordinary payroll officer position…. this is a busy role, fast-paced and diverse! Reporting to our Payroll Manager, this position is located at our head office in Dandenong with modern, contemporary office facilities, free on-site parking, access to public transport, and easy freeway access.

Working within a small payroll team, you and your team will be responsible for processing pay for up to 1700 employees across various departments and sites within the organisation. It doesn’t end there…. maintaining employee details, ensuring accuracy of data, answering payroll-related queries, preparing month-end reports and reconciliations, and partnering with the business are all a part of this true end-to-end payroll position which will see your week fly by!
