Administration Officer - Assets

You will maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment, and software.
What you'll do
- Provide financial administrative support to the work unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and systems application (SAP/R3).
- Provide excellent customer service including preparing quotes by applying effective organisational and communication skills.
- Provide remote administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
- Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring/reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.
About you
We are searching for someone who has the:- Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
- Well-developed people skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
- Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement, and records management.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident/configuration management).
