About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a Security Site Supervisor to work onsite at our prestigious client site. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Site Supervisor, to work with a high performance team and coordinate security services on site.

Your Key Activities Include and Not Limited To

• Providing day to day supervision of guard force on site.
• Ensuring all new employees are fully inducted in accordance with company policy.
• Preparing reports and making recommendations regarding the discipline and termination actions.
• Oversight of and responsible for quality control and contract compliance.
• Acting as a point of contact between client liaison and the MSS operations team.
• Knowledgeable in the use and maintenance of all security related equipment.

• Demonstrated experience in Supervisory roles in the Security space.
• Ability to stay calm and manage a team under pressure.
• Current ACT Security Licence.
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient and personable manner.
• Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.
• ACT drivers’ licence.
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR certificate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and computer use.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures.
