APS3 Participant Support Officer

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of Australians with disability? We are seeking dedicated and motivated APS3 Participant Support Officers to join our team.

• Hourly Rate: $37.36 + Super (excluding GST)
• Contract Length: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension
• Full-Time Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Location: Launceston
• Start Date: ASAP, pending clearances
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Providing frontline customer service to participants
• Supporting administrative processes and data entry
• Engaging with participants, their families, and support networks
• Ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures
• Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders
  
  

About You

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organisational ability
• Experience in administration or customer service (government experience advantageous)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, participant-focused environment
• Adaptability, empathy, and a professional attitude
  
  

Eligibility Requirements

• Australian Citizenship is required
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment screening including:
• National Criminal History Records Check
