- You will provide personnel and facilities administration activities including site inductions, on-boarding/off-boarding within a secure facility.
- You will support project and site document management including preparation and curation of status reports, risk and issue registers, briefs, and other related documents.
- You will assist with records and information management, including storage and dissemination of business and technical project data and administering a records system.
- You will support simple and comprehensive procurements in accordance with Defence Procurement processes. This includes but not limited to drafting of Defence purchasing documents.
- You will work independently, work cohesively and collaboratively within a small team and have strong liaison skills to work effectively across a variety of stakeholders.
About You
- Australian Citizen with a minimum AGSVA NV2 Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in providing business administration and/or facilities or project support.
- Experienced in using MS Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated prioritisation and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
