About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and client-centric Mortgage Broker to join our growing team in NSW. Your role will be focused on the central west of NSW and be based from our Bathurst office, with the ability to work in the Sydney office as well.

As part of a highly supportive environment, you’ll work alongside experienced brokers, customer service officer’s, marketing specialists, and lending associates who are committed to your success.

You’ll provide expert lending advice, from home and investment loans to complex refinance and SMSF lending. Our focus is on long-term client relationships, not one-off transactions—so if you enjoy educating clients, delivering value, and working collaboratively, we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations via video, phone or in-person to assess financial goals and recommend tailored loan solutions
• Prepare and submit home loan applications through platforms like Apply Online
• Compare and negotiate loan products across a broad panel of lenders
• Manage communications between clients, lenders, solicitors, and agents
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless application process through to settlement
• Provide regular updates to clients during the loan lifecycle, including post-settlement and annual reviews
• Retain and grow client relationships by offering ongoing financial insights and product reviews
• Educate clients on refinancing strategies, debt consolidation, equity access, and investment lending
• Identify opportunities to support clients with additional lending needs (e.g. asset finance, car loans, business loans)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners in the Central West region. This includes identifying potential partners, establishing mutually beneficial collaborations, and ensuring ongoing communication and support to enhance business growth and client satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking, banking, or finance (brokerage experience highly regarded)
• Minimum Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
• Strong attention to detail, compliance, and ethical standards
• Sound understanding of loan structures, policies, and lending markets
• Passion for property, investment, and financial literacy
