We are looking for a graduate Marketing Assistant to join our Asian Inspirations Marketing team and you could be what we are looking for!

What You Would Be Exposed To:

• Develop and execute engaging content ideas tailored for Asian Inspirations’ social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and audience interests.

• Manage all Asian Inspirations’ social media accounts, website, and newsletters, including but not limited to scheduling posts, uploading content, and creating newsletters.

• Create short-form video content, including filming, editing, and developing storyboards.

• Manage recipe development in collaboration with recipe testers. If required, take on photography and videography responsibilities, including shooting and editing content.

• Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and digital strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance across various digital channels, compiling post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Assist in analyse social media metrics and trends to refine content strategies and enhance effectiveness.

• Assist in planning and coordination for cooking shows, media activities, influencer collaborations, and other events.

• Manage the Asian Inspirations Culinary Hub, including scheduling, bookings, daily operations, and maintenance. Also, ensure Asian Inspirations’ library, photography equipment, and storage rooms are well-organized and accessible.

• To assist all other duties when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full Australian working rights

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role within the FMCG industry.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Adept at data analysis and reporting.

• Outstanding communication skills and creative flair.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Passionate about learning and self-improvement
