About The Role

As our Health and Fitness Specialist, you’ll be the go-to educator for the Evolt360 body composition analyser and its supporting platforms, empowering customers to maximise the impact of this powerful technology in the Health and Fitness industry.

If you have a strong background in exercise science, thrive on educating others, and are excited to help fitness professionals and business owners achieve new heights, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Educate business owners and fitness professionals on BIA technology, exercise physiology, training principles, and nutrition best practices.
• Equip clients with strategies to boost client acquisition, retention, and revenue through the Evolt360 scanner.
• Conduct live Zoom training sessions, ranging from one-on-ones with individual trainers to large-scale webinars for fitness brands.
• Address client inquiries about exercise science, nutrition, training, and BIA technology, including analysis of body composition results.
• Develop educational content, systems, and processes to enhance client learning and identify trends for targeted educational initiatives.
  
  

What You'll Bring

We’re seeking someone with a robust understanding of exercise science and physiology, who can communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds—whether they’re seasoned trainers or new to the fitness world.

Role

Ideally, you’ll have experience in a coaching, management, or exercise science role within a gym or fitness setting. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Strong presentation skills, both for small groups and larger audiences.
• Experience coaching fitness professionals and business owners.
• Familiarity with BIA scanning devices (especially the Evolt360) and interpreting results.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a talent for resolving issues.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
• Problem-solving mindset, with a knack for offering practical solutions.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy.
