Garden Maintenance Team Leader

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Canning Vale, offering 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits.

About the Role

As our new Team Leader, you'll guide a skilled maintenance crew to deliver top-quality garden and landscape services. You’ll be hands-on, helping with everything from hedging and pruning to fertilising and planting, while also taking the lead on daily task planning and client communication.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your maintenance team to deliver high-quality work.
• Plan and prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Carry out and oversee garden maintenance tasks: planting, pruning, weeding, fertilising, hedging, and more.
• Regularly inspect sites and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage feedback.

About You

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (or similar).
• Valid White Card.
• Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• A valid driver's licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills – a true team player with initiative.
