Lead a team of part time & casual retail sales associates, provide coaching to help your team reach sales targets, manage day-to-day running of store.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards.
• Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.
• Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers.
