Civil and Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities Of Role

• Oversee and manage underground civil construction projects.
• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground mechanical equipment.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate and direct activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure quality standards.
• Manage resources, including Labor, materials, and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently
  
  

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in underground civil, Mechanical construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Relevant qualifications in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with underground mechanical systems, including mine transport and ventilation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
