WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re an experienced leader with 2-3 years in a supervisory role and a passion for industrial operations. You’re hands-on, visible, and thrive in an environment where you can mentor and empower your team.

• Local to Gladstone
• Experienced with Vac Trucks & liquid waste management
• A natural leader who drives safety, efficiency, and productivity

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support your team to deliver efficient maintenance practices on-site.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor costs, ensuring budgets stay on track.
• Develop clear and concise scopes for successful project execution.
• Champion WHS compliance and foster a culture of ‘Zero Harm’.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless workflow.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience
• HR License
• Current QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass (or willingness to obtain)
• Hands-on skills in construction and maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A safety-first mindset and a positive attitude
