The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused National Key Support Specialist to assist in managing our portfolio of national key accounts. In this role, you will be a key contact alongside the account manager and credit collection, providing superior service and support and a focus on Customer Centricity. This opportunity allows you to be part of a large dynamic Transactional Services Team.

- Identify and resolve queries to required timelines is crucial
- Maintain NKA contractual and administrative requirements including account set up, reporting Invoicing and servicing requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a close knit, collaborative team Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in the Google and/or MS Office suite in particular, Google sheets and/or MS Excel
