The Opportunity

We're looking for a customer-centric individual to join our purpose-driven organisation as we attract and engage talent to Veolia Australia. Based in our Pyrmont office with flexible hybrid arrangements (3 days in office), you will play a vital role in supporting candidate experience from talent attraction to onboarding.

What you'll be responsible for

Reporting to a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will:

  • Create positive, inclusive experiences for all candidates, especially our essential frontline workers
  • Maintain best-practice recruitment administration
  • Craft compelling job advertisements
  • Support innovative sourcing strategies and diversity initiatives
  • Manage recruitment invoicing
  • Champion continuous improvement
  • Uphold our safety-first culture

What you'll need to be successful

We're Looking For Someone With

  • Previous administration experience within HR or Talent Acquisition highly desirable
  • Outstanding relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A customer-first mindset with natural initiative
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Natural empathy and understanding of different workforce needs
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
  • Genuine passion for helping people and building trust
