About The Role
Are you ready to take control of your career? We’re currently seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This is a FIFO role from Brisbane or Townsville. The roster will be a mixture of 4/3 and 8/6 (depending on the workload) with 10-12 hours shifts. We can also consider a mixture of office-based and remote work.
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, analysing asset performance, and supporting long-term asset management initiatives to ensure reliability and availability across site operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage site maintenance strategies.
- Analyse maintenance and asset performance data.
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams.
- Conduct reliability, availability and failure analysis.
- Support development and maintenance of asset management plans.
- Hourly rate between $80 - $100 + superannuation, depending on experience and skill set, paid weekly.
- Ongoing opportunities within MSS once your initial contract finishes.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in reliability engineering.
- Strong background in maintenance strategy development and management.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Australian working rights.
