The Branch Administrator will oversee daily administrative operations for the Service Department, managing invoicing, service coordination, and inventory. Proficiency in SAP and Oracle is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving and dispatching of parts and goods in Oracle.
- Cost completed jobs to ensure consistent revenue.
- Process and reconcile Supplier/Subcontractor invoices for Head Office payment.
- Review FSRs and Warranty Claim forms for accuracy before submission.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory for the Service team.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service that aligns with the company standards.
- Coordinate Client Purchase Orders for after-hours service calls.
- Raise EPOs for Customer Engineers.
- Administer timesheets for review by the Service Operations Manager.
- Comply with WHS requirements and report incidents/injuries promptly.

- External: Customers, Subcontractors, Vendors
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of administration experience - knowledge of invoice reconciliations is required
- Knowledge of SAP AND Oracle is must have
- Administration qualifications preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen.
