Responsibilities:

As Groups Sales Executive, you will maximise Group Accommodation revenue, convert enquiries into bookings, and manage room reservations for various sectors. You'll also assist with hotel site inspections, liaise with Tour Leaders, and support the Front Office team during large group arrivals. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Turn up the excitement by attracting corporate, leisure, and market-centric groups
  • Seal the Deal: Turn those enquiries into confirmed bookings with flair!
  • Reservation Maestro: Ensure every booking is a seamless symphony, making our guests’ experiences unforgettable.
  • Team Dynamo: Be the ultimate sidekick for the Commercial team!
  • Ensure Visibility During Group Arrivals: Be visible and available.
  • Together, we’ll make every day a blockbuster!


About You:

  • Have full Australian Working Rights and is preferably physically in WA
  • Previous experience with groups, conferences, tours and event administration or coordination
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with great attention to detail
  • Great salesmanship with a passion for success
  • Ability to work under pressure at all times, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, event management or another relevant business field would be advantageous.
