About Us

Ox Securities, a fast-growing and reputable company in the FX and CFD industry, is seeking an experienced Finance Officer with a strong background in CFD brokerage and FX trading to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in financial operations, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth financial management within our organisation.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work with two other team members to ensure financial information is accurately processed in a timely manner. You are required to be in the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the financial operations of the company, including daily reconciliations, liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assist in accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Perform financial reconciliations across multiple payment providers and trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader 4/5).
• Assist in preparing financial reports, tax submissions, and audits.
• Liaise with banks, liquidity providers, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborate with the wider teams and provide administrative duties as required.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a CFD brokerage, FX trading firm, or financial services company.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with trading platforms, PSPs (payment service providers), and financial reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
