Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the commercial department
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial activities and performance
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
