As a Dispute Claims Specialist, you will provide an early, timely and personal service to various stakeholders whilst providing an empathetic customer experience through a deep technical specialisation in complex claims.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

Your Responsibilities
- Pro-actively proceed with appropriate case management to achieve the optimum outcome of early sustainable return to work through liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements, payments and medical expenses.
- Tailored and empathetic delivery of adverse outcomes to all relevant stakeholders, with a solution focussed approach focused on early interventions wherever possible
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to various stakeholders
- Undertake ongoing reviews in relation to entitlements, payments and medical expenses with strong attention to detail
- Experience in customer service, administration, or reception within the allied health sector
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges
- Resilience and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
