Sick of working on the same old on-prem server, when you could be working on the Cloud?

Well, what if you could join an organisation that's recently transformed its infrastructure?

To be the one leveraging the latest tech, taking charge of managing their modern Cloud infrastructure moving forward?

But getting to work with the latest tech isn’t all that’s in it for you.

When you're in the space, you’ll enjoy a modern office with free parking – say goodbye to the days of hunting for a spot and paying for it. You shouldn’t have to fork out cash just to get to work, right?

Plus, there’s salary packaging options, novated leasing, and access to reduced gym memberships. How good.

Got strong Azure Cloud experience and ready to be responsible for this infrastructure? Perfect – you’ll slot right in!

Your New Gig

As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll need to be at the top of your game.

And your Azure experience? It needs to be as solid as a rock.

When it comes to the day-to-day, most of your time will be spent deep in Azure infrastructure, working with IaaS and PaaS components like Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, and Virtual Networks.

Backups? Patching? That’s on you. And when things go south, you’ll be the one jumping in, troubleshooting, and getting everything back on track.

This organisation hasn’t just moved to the Cloud – they’ve also been busy strengthening their security with a recent uplift. And to keep things interesting, a chunk of your new gig will have a cybersecurity tilt. You’ll be monitoring, enhancing, and making sure security stays rock solid.

Some days will be business as usual. Others? Let’s just say they’ll keep you on your toes.

Curious about what experience you’ll need?

Your Experience

You’ve been in the IT realm for quite some time now, with solid experience managing Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.

As this is a Microsoft-driven environment, you’ll need to have solid experience within this tech stack.

Here’s what else you’ll need succeed:

  • Strong hands-on Azure infrastructure experience, ideally 3+ years – but we won’t complain if you have more!
  • Experience working with IaaS and PaaS components like Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL, and Virtual Networks
  • Knowledge of NIST and Essential 8 frameworks so that you can jump right into the cyber element of your new gig

It will also be handy if you have a Degree in IT, or a relevant tertiary qualification, or significant professional experience.
