What Your Day Will Look Like….

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide expert clinical decision-making support. You'll integrate evidence-based practices and cultural sensitivity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while actively supporting initiatives to Close the Gap and achieve health equity objectives. Additionally, you'll mentor and lead other healthcare professionals to ensure the best clinical outcomes.
