As an APS5 Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of executive operations, providing key support to the General Manager. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information. You will play a crucial part in facilitating effective communication and ensuring the success of various projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage emails, appointments, and prepare briefing materials.
- Schedule meetings and prepare reports for committees and projects.
- Organise travel arrangements and support official functions.
- Provide guidance and quality assurance to junior staff.
- Contribute to issue resolution and risk management programs.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and policy frameworks.
- Proven multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Must have previous Executive Assistant experience
