CSR is seeking an Admininistration Assistant & Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Head Office based in North Ryde. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to visitors, employees, and contractors.

The Opportunity
CSR is seeking an Admininistration Assistant & Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Head Office based in North Ryde. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service to visitors, employees, and contractors.
About The Role
- First point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails.
- Manage office supplies, security access, and parking coordination.
- Oversee contractor compliance and office maintenance.
- Support WHS, Fire Warden, and First Aid coordination.
- Process invoices, purchase orders (SAP preferred), and reports.
- Provide executive support, including diary management and travel bookings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work autonomously.
- SAP experience preferred but not essential.
