Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, live chat, email, and social media.
- Maintain high service-level standards, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Address client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Assist clients with payment-related inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Investigate and resolve technical concerns regarding IRESS trading platforms, including trade analysis.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for delivering top-tier customer service with a client-first mindset while adhering to industry best practices.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge effectively.
- Confidence in communicating across multiple channels to influence and assist customers efficiently.
- Proficiency in a second language is desirable
