The opportunity
We are currently seeking two Site Engineers to coordinate site activities on Industrial projects, in Banksmeadow and Eastern Creek. In this role you will assist the Project Manager and site team manage construction site activities.
As our newest team member, you'll be responsible for spearheading a variety of activities that will ensure the success of our construction projects.
You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including
- Scheduling, planning, and forecasting all technical activities on site to ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Working closely with subcontractors during the planning, construction, and completion phases of our projects, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
- Taking control of project documentation, making sure everything is organised and up-to-date
- Using your expertise to contribute to technical detailing and problem solving, making sure every challenge is met with confidence and skill.
- Monitor technical implementation, testing, and quality control on site to ensure the highest standards are met every time.
- Assisting in the coordination and management of trades, working closely with other members of the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
About You
You will have previous experience in a site-based role as a Site Engineer. You will have a solid understanding of the principle of engineering, construction and architecture. You will have experience in civil, structural and piling works. Other requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction or Project Management or equivalent trade experience
- Construction White Card & Asbestos Awareness
- Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS
