About The Community
Seachange Emerald Lakes was Australia’s first Gated Country Club estate specifically designed for over 50’s. The resort is an exclusive community set within the premium Emerald Lakes precinct. Completed in 2016, this lakefront community comprises of 126 luxury residences surrounded by water and parkland. With an unrivalled and irreplaceable CBD location, this resort has direct golf buggy access to the Emerald Lakes Town Centre, 18-hole championship golf course, medical facilites and stylish café and restaurant hub.
About The Role
Provide live on site and after hours, emergency contact and assistance to residents. Experience in permanent resident facility management. The core working hours and duties of this role are performed Monday – Friday 7am – 3.00pm, with afterhours and weekend occasional responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Please note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be residing in Australia at the time of application. Applicants must have a passport or birth certificate and photo ID to evidence this requirement. You will be required to complete a National Police History Check for this role.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Assist with all operational aspects and security associated with the community
- Providing a high level of customer service to all residents
- Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure safety of all residents
- Ensuring the community grounds and gardens are presented to a high standard
- General gardening duties, experience with swimming management preferred
- Coordination and engagement of external trades and contractors
- Work closely with the Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a prestigious Lifestyle Community Living Environment
- Experience permanent resident facility management while living on site
- This is a hands-on position, so you are required to be physically fit for the demands of the role
- Exceptional good customer service skills
- A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working autonomously to operational requirements
- Takes pride in your work and wants to deliver a consistent presentation in a high-end Land Lease Community
