As a National Account Manager, you will be driving strategy and P&L responsibility for total Henkel Consumer Brands through leading of the range review process to drive results across ranging, distribution & space with Bunnings, Aldi, Amazon, Reject shop & clearance customers.

- Define and executes local account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan.
- Identify business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives.
- Drive and roll-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling.
- Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships both with relevant external and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business.
- Tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, claims and accruals management etc.
- Responsible for channels such as Bunnings, Aldi, Amazon, Reject shop & clearance
- Lead range review process to drive results across ranging, distribution & space.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired not essential).
- 1-3 years of FMCG experience.
- Experience in account management.
- A strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies and build relationships.
