Job Description
Production Coordinators assist our production team with daily production tasks. You are friendly, quick learning, self-motivated, organized, punctual, excellent at multitasking, and have a resourceful, can-do attitude. Coordinators help ensure the studio’s processes run smoothly, so you must be detail oriented, work well under pressure, and not be afraid to get your hands dirty! Tasks may include taking & synthesizing notes, updating production docs, coordinating staffing needs, purchasing and tracking production assets, and other general production support. Ideal candidates are interested in developing and honing their production skills for a career in Production.

About You
- Qualifications
- Availability to work during Australian Eastern Time (AET) or nearby hours.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and work in a collaborative team setting
- Organized and detail oriented
- Experience in the creative and/or technical aspects of design & animation is a plus
