About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a Contract Delivery Manager in the Gold Coast QLD for Downer’s Energy & Utilities business unit reporting to the Operations Manager. The Contract Delivery Manager will effectively manage the work of all contract staff, to ensure that contract requirements are achieved, through the monitoring of work and taking corrective action where necessary, providing a high level of service to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will envision themselves attending to duties such as:

• Oversee and schedule works / maintenance within the water team
• Actively operate the financial performance of the contract, including financial reporting, EBIT management, wage and cost management and invoicing
• Collate and present The Organisation and Client periodical KPI reports
• Oversee the management, supply and maintenance of relevant equipment (i.e. vehicles, tools, uniforms and consumables) to ensure contract needs are met within appropriate DOA
• Manage the planning and execution of contract logistics

About You

• Experience within metering and plumbing services is desirable
• Strong ability to schedule works and meet deadlines
• Strong ability to forecast and maintain financial reports
• Intermediate or above level of Excel
• Sound written and communication skills with the ability to lead and present
• Strong leadership attributes
