PC Rollout Technician

Join our client’s team as a PC Rollout Technician, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT infrastructure of a vital emergency service agency. This contract will see you based in Wollongong and be prepared to travel to sites in the Wollongong/ South Coast and Goulburn areas, rolling out and deploying PC's to sites.

Key Responsibiliti

• esCoordinate and facilitate the rollout of new PC equipment across various site
• s.Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware and softwar
• e.Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to staff during the rollout proces
• s.Work closely with the IT team to ensure minimal disruption to services during installation
• s.Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and deployment activitie
