Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, and digital outreach.
- Consultative Approach: Educate and assist prospects in making informed decisions about high-value personal development programs.
- Pipeline Development & Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize digital campaigns to attract the right audience and maximize conversions.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Latest AI marketing training and access to in-house tools will be provided
- Ongoing Skill Development: Take advantage of continuous training to enhance your marketing, sales and leadership abilities.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar job role
- Impressive communication skills
- Extensive experience with various sales techniques
- Proven record of achieving sales quotas
- Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM software
- Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Good leadership skills
