Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, social media, and digital outreach.
  • Consultative Approach: Educate and assist prospects in making informed decisions about high-value personal development programs.
  • Pipeline Development & Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize digital campaigns to attract the right audience and maximize conversions.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation: Latest AI marketing training and access to in-house tools will be provided
  • Ongoing Skill Development: Take advantage of continuous training to enhance your marketing, sales and leadership abilities.

Your Key Attributes

  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar job role
  • Impressive communication skills
  • Extensive experience with various sales techniques
  • Proven record of achieving sales quotas
  • Hands-on experience with lead management and CRM software
  • Sound knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Good leadership skills
  • A hunter mentality and be open to a strictly performance based remuneration package.
